At Arabic Dress, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is folded carefully to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
